So it appears that as of today (possibly yesterday) the Hampton Inn Ann Arbor North discussed is now the "Larkpsur Landing Hotel Ann Arbor"

I'm impressed at how well they buried the flag change with the property page disappearing from Hilton on 6/1 (without ever displaying a "leaving the Hilton brand" notice) and the new property page (https://www.larkspurlandingannarbor.com/) didn't appear in Google until sometime today.

I've only stayed at one 'Larkspur Landing' property -- for a cousin's wedding 5+ years ago -- and my impression of that property was it was noticeably higher end than I remember the HI AAN and way higher end than the latest reviews of the Hampton Inn would appear so curious if "Larkspur Landing" is the DoubleTree of that property management/ownership company or if a substantial renovation will be forthcoming.
