Assuming OP is talking about Y, there isn't a hard bulkhead wall between F and Y. 8C has the best legroom/footroom because there isn't really a seat in front of it, but the downside is that your feet will be in the area where the aisle jogs to one side between the two cabins, which is especially problematic during boarding. 8ADF are still comparably spacious and I would opt for one of those over 8C.
