Yes, the ENC and points from having and using a business card, if it were available, would post to your personal account. There is no such thing as a Marriott business account.
Actually, there is a Marriott Amex business card available in Canada. It just doesn't qualify for the extra elite nights.

Unfortunately, it's a feature that's only available with 2 American credit cards (one of which has to be the business card).
