If there's a second CAF then yes - there was an issue. In an ideal world it's a B1 flight, C1 flight then delivery flight as happened to the last 787 delivered to ANA.
ZBLD also had just the one C flight before delivery whereas ZBLE had three.

But that makes sense. My thought was it can’t be a major issue for there to be a second CAF quickly. So I don’t anticipate delivery to be delayed heavily any further. Should probably be delivered sometime this week
