Before selling their miles in USA/Canada, Avianca needs to sort out their availability and access to partner reward space problems, phantom availability issues. At least with major partners like AC, UA, LH Group. As this program stands today, it often resembles a bait-and-switch scheme, and it doesn't make any sense. Hence I am not considering any of these cards - I don't know if these miles will end up being any good for any practical purpose.
