The Canopy in Sioux Falls is gradually taking shape and is set to open in early 2025, which is three years later than originally planned.


The hotel will be situated in The Steel District, a new development between downtown and the riverfront.


The Canopy by Hilton Sioux Falls Downtown (on the right) features a bar area that overlooks the waterfalls, although the view might not be as prominent from the side where you’ll spend most of your time. But it is just a short walk towards Falls Park.


If you’re at the hotel during summer, you can enjoy free open-air concerts at the adjacent Levitt at the Falls, usually on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings.
