I'm assuming you mean the digital Suica and not the physical card... If you trust them you can load one of your CC's on their phone and they can use that to recharge their Suica -- not aware of another way to do it....
I do mean digital, was wondering if the Suica app would let me put in a number to charge someone else’s.
The cc option is a good idea but of course a bit more than I was hoping for.
