Does anyone have experience with cash upgrades at check in? I have some FNCs to burn and like the Cosmo terrace rooms. The FNC only allows for booking base rooms, but the points + cash upgrade from the base rooms to terrance rooms are only $100 which I would happily pay. Would it be possible to pay for an upgrade at check in with a FNC booking? Thanks.
