You'll land at the satellite T4S terminal, clear inbound passport control in this terminal, take the train to the main T4 where bags come out. However long that takes, you then have to go from arrivals to departures up two floors to check in again (your status of course allows you to use the business counters), then clear security.

You then have the train back to T4S, clear outbound passport control, then find your gate – I doubt you'll have any time for the lounge.
