I called the hotel today and they said their policy has changed and there is no longer complementary boat shuttle to/from hotel. The policy changed on May 15th so if you booked your reservation before then, they will still honor the complementary boat shuttle. Any reservations booked after May 15th will not get the free shuttle included and you need to book a premium package to have access.
