Go to your itinerary page and select the change/add flights option. Select both legs (or one at a time) and see how much it is to refare into PS or D1. It is usually (but not always) cheaper than doing the seatmap upgrade.
unfortunately neither the app or the webpage through my iPad will let me even check. It thinks I booked through an agent. I’ll try on a desktop once I get home.
