Thanks, I was surprised that Chase did not send me the ticket number.
Also the Jal website's navigation is not very friendly.
I was able to find the e-ticket in the NY region JAL website after I called JAL to include my flight in my account
They only needed my JAL reservation number, membership number and flight numbers .
So international reservations are done through the JP website, but managing account through the USA website.
Unusual.
