Thanks so much for laying out a template for lodging a complaint with QR, KingCanute! I went ahead and submitted one as you outlined; the webform only allowed 1000 chacters, which isn't sufficient for laying out all the details, but I wrote them out in Word and attached it to the complaint.
It's impossible to see how QR could so explicitly and unambiguously deviate from its own published T&Cs, and it's tought to accept that I should just accept QR's caprice if the response I receive to this is negative. If that comes to pass, perhaps I could look into a complaint with the Finnish Consumer Authorities?
