Staying now live at the FS Ko Olina on Ohau, Hawaìí in their Oceanview 1 bedroom suite on level 15.
S/O booked this online via FS website himself (without any prefered partner TA) under the package " stay 5 nights, pay 4 only".
We were offered by reception upon checkin an upgrade to their Oceanfront 1 bedroom suite for an upsell of àn extra $550 p/night.
Interesting as the USP touted was that both balconies would face the ocean and it would be closer to ground level to easy access the beach.
Versus the Oceanview 1 bedroom suite which has 1 balcony facing the lagoon/ocean and 1 balcony facing the mountain/Disneyresort/Ko Olina shoos&restaurant stripmall.
I've been asked to keep my data points short and concise as regulars on the IHG forum know i tend to document everything.
As such I was instructed to only share here the 3 most important things:
- only raw data of essentials: resort map, minibar pricing, laundry pricing, room service menu
- breakfast situation La Hiki restaurant
- the room
If there is interest of readers, i should be able to request to post pricing & experience for Four Seasons Ko Olina's other services:
- car rental & procedure
- private vehicle transport hire
- airport transfer

- activities schedule
But first a warm Aloha as this will be your welcome ritual & amenities when you first step onto the premises.
Upon arrival,
the hostess will offer cold lemon hibiscus tea
Ladies are presented with the left lei,
Gentlemen are presented with the right lei.
If you book via Four Seasons' own website and you specify NO SPECIAL STAY reason: just plain ol' first timer tourist,
This will be the welcome amenity that is presented to you in the room.
One major spoiler of the Four Seasons Ko Olina,
up untill now (2nights in)
the staff at breakfast, housekeeping, doorteam, assigned chauffeurs have been extremely friendly .....
as in so friendly,
i can understand now, the notion of warm Hawaiian hospitality orginating from
Akahai, Lokahi, Oluolu, Haahaa, Ahonui.
As we interacted with people of all walks of life outside the resort: the spirit of Aloha was everywhere in air & psyche: such a wonderous experience.

Breakfast is served at La Hiki from 6.00 till 10.30 H every morning.
We did not stay on a breakfast inclusive rate or had breakfast complimentary via Virtuoso / prefered partners.
And as such we were give the menu and explaination that one may opt for the buffet or choose à la carte.
Buffet currently priced at $52 p.p. Ex tax & Ex tip (tea & coffee not included)
Kudos to our chirpy server who shared that the buffet has many same options as the à la carte menu except for the Acai bowl.
Below the menu if one desires à la carte
There is seating at poolside,
al fresco,
outdoors under parasol,
under the covered awning

So you know
Hope this gives you an insight in the breakfast possibilities.
Our package rate of stay 5 nights pay 4 nights did not include breakfast.
As our early start touring program does not allow every day to catch breakfast, this worked out better for us, but ofcourse YMMV.
