Keelung/Taipei 5hrs with luggage: How to explore and where?
Getting off cruise ship in Keelung at 8am.
Booked 4pm flight from TSA to HND.

When i bought my flight a month before my cruise, i assumed there will be a ship tour that drops me off at TSA.
NOPE.
I want to be at the airport at 2pm so i have like 5hrs to kill.

Where to sightsee but taking into consideration that i have luggage? (Traveling solo with carry-on and a backpack)

Edit:
Can i use my credit card to tap to pay at turnstyle for train/bus to goto TSA?
Or do i need to buy a card/paper ticket at kiosk?
