Indeed the fleet may shrink quite dramatically in the coming years, especially Air Canada is brining a lot of routes back in house with the A220 (if the engines cooperate).

There are currently 100 planes operated by Jazz, 99 excluding the sole CR2, the 35 CR9 ain't going anywhere. Expressflyer900 mentioned 5 E175 are leaving soon, that leave us 94 planes.

So 14 our of 39 Dash 8 could be on the chopping board = 25 remaining from 2026 and beyond.

We might have the answer here.
Agreed - the full CPA runs until 2035. The only clause up for review in 2025 is Chorus/Jazz as the exclusive AirCanada Express 70+ seat operator, which these days is pretty much their entire fleet... could be some other "fleet reallocation" where we see a reduction in Q400 and an increase in another type. On a few Jazz flights last year, various staff had mentioned E2 (I suspect 175s) joining the fleet but I know that this program is currently delayed by Embraer... and this could have been just some wishful thinking by some of the employees...
