IME - fairly extensive. Wherever you are in the world call The US call centre!!!!
FaceBook Messenger gets a quick response. But they then start transferring you to other departments who are clueless and will cut you off if you don’t fill in the same verification details multiple times. And then they will still likely end the chat without replying to the request.
Email also gets a reply. Again in IME it rarely could qualify as a meaningful response no matter how carefully you phrase the question.
Only to be expected when the country exports all its half competent people talent in the interest of foreign remittance income….
