Been stranded here since Wednesday night - I have called the GGL line (rebooked me for Saturday morning - never confirmed the flight or date on the call or sent an email with the change and was rude) and GGL email didn’t responded to request for assistance.

I found my own flight home tonight. If this flight leaves, I’ll have to try to fix the mess if not getting my original return cancelled.

This lack of support has honestly been a surprise - I haven’t had a disruption like this before and I feel like BA has abandoned me here.
