There are 4 aircraft with the smaller overhead bins 494, 495, 496, 497. 498 came with the same bins as the rest of the fleet. 2

There are no mention regarding to retrofitting the overhead bins, I believe there are still some Dash with the older style bins that won't fit a standard carry-on luggage?
Also not too sure about why 25 out of 39. Are they also going to bring the seat count from 76 to 78 for the refitting ?

Hopefully these seats will be at least slightly better than the paper thin seats found on Raccoon Air
All the Q4s are already in 78 seat config, they were originally in 74 seat config, then they reworked the galley, and installed row 20 where the galley use to be. (galley is now on the aft bulkhead, and takes space out of the cargo hold.
