Ah I see, that sounds quite plausible. I'm still confused why BA has availability but maybe it's just not synced yet or something as suggested earlier. If this is the case I'm very curious how that affects the upgrade waitlists clearing or not, I should find out later today or tomorrow I suppose.
Hope the outcome of your waitlisting was successful. What ever was the reason for previously zeroing out the flight seems passed, now again also AY has availability in all classes.
