Interesting quirk of this hotel is they wanted to charge a 100% surcharge on laundry for "luxury brands". Not talking some haute couture 50k dress or something - just a couple of pairs of generic gucci jeans and a few stock standard casual zegna shirts.
That's a nice markup because it's probably still going to the normal dry cleaning service. Four Seasons Seoul didn't have any luxury surcharge on a silk hanbok.
