How could they be surprised that business revenue was down - it’s the obvious result of NDC changes, JFK, LAX abandonment, F seats that you cannot for a briefcase under (not recent but the beginning of the trend).The C-Suite seems brain dead. And one wonders about the board.
And since it’s not gonna get fixed easily, it’s only a stalling tactic re Isom. Just wait until the credit card revenue drops with the high valued customers leaving (and general disenchantment).
I think Isom must go and firing Vasu would nor help.
