This is an "bill" for in-room breakfast. Breakfast was free, but you have to pay the tip your self. Which can actually come out of the $100F/B credit.

So gratuity is included here, at 8.55, and not included in the free breakfast. Would you add an additional amount to the tip? Should I have pulled cash from the ATM just to tip the guy bringing me breakfast? I never know the correct thing to do.
