Have booked at Europe's first Spark Branded hotel in Romford, UK. I was intrigued as there's no complimentary breakfast unlike in the US. The website is a standard website which says about breakfast but there's a disclaimer saying it's not available however there is a breakfast option you can purchase. No idea what that option is or why.
