Coming July for Jazz fest and college tour of Mcgill with family. Thinking Humanti vs Renaissance. No elite status, need 2 queen beds. Any preference? Both look like good boutique type hotels.
Although I have only stayed (once) at the Renaissance and not at the humaniti, I did get a tour of the humaniti (including basic rooms) and would probably recommend the Humaniti. To be fair, my one and only stay(cation) at the Renaissance was during Covid so it would not have been at its best.
I just think that the Humaniti looks nice and the staff seemed friendly. The hotel is very new (like 2-3 years old, I think?).
