I haven’t stayed here yet, but for the price point the concierge team has been a huge let down. I emailed months before my trip and never heard back. Getting a hold of the team by phone is a challenge and they are not timely in their responses. I ended up booking nearly everything on my own and need them to book a couple of properties they provide discounts on. They have gone radio silent for multiple days when the individual on the phone said it would be quick. Maybe I’m the only one, but in my opinion the service has been abysmal for a property at this price.
