We’re continuing to track this offline to monitor if/when the VX flown miles from that period push members over the MM threshold, but due to a system limitation are not yet able to adjust these in the system itself.
For clarity, the miles counted toward MM status would be the actual Virgin America flown miles accrued to an Elevate number during that time period (consistent with the definition of how AS defines eligible lifetime flown miles for MM purposes), not based on total Elevate points earn.

So the miles have been calculated, but won't be "applied" until I'm within several thousand miles of qualifying for 1 MM. My calculated Elevate miles are close to what I thought they were.
Not a perfect solution, but at least there is a resolution. I assume that anyone wanting to know their Elevate migration miles balance can contact Customer Care.
