I've seen versions of this in Chile and Argentina at much lower prices. Particularly useful if you otherwise fully dressed and just to protect face, neck and hands without some liquid going everywhere.
I have even found solid schampoo "bars", still bring liquid conditioner in small enough travel sized bottle I refill as needed, etc. I am a very good packer and can pack an 18" suitcase to weigh around 20kg if needed, but mostly make do with 10-12kg in it for 14+ days.
It has become a game for me to take as little with me as possible, and as a female traveller I take great pride in my skills in this area
