I've said this so many times. I fly a lot of US domestic flights in F with mixed results. You can fly for 2.5 hours on an American Eagle flight and you'll receive a couple of biscuits and very basic drink options. Recently between BNA and AUS we had such a grumpy F crew member (doubled-masked and gloved, in 2024...) that he disappeared for an hour and you could tell he wanted minimum interaction.
You can fly in CE for 2.5 hours to Ibiza and the crew come around with nuts and a drink before your meal, a full meal, another drink with meal, a top up straight after and often at least a second top up and/or a coffee/tea.
I understand others prefer a wider seat and more leg room, which you'll get on a Delta F cabin, but for a flight which is only 2.5 hours long, you simply do not need that leg room. I prefer a quality service, which is what you get in CE.
