Their older aircraft have lots of non-working seats and IFE. Catering also isn't great in my opinion. Once they get their fleet refurbed I'll give it another go but 16 hours on an angled lie flat seat that may or may not work with IFE that may or may not work is too big of a risk for me. I mean, it still beats Y but for the extra few hundred dollars, I'd rather fly a more comfortable and reliable product.
