Based on the preliminary - the initial sudden move up would push people into their seats

The autopilot’s sudden pitching down however would throw people up.

If the autopilot had been less aggressive then would we not have seen injuries? (and if the speed brake application less aggressive — were they at risk of harm by going to fast? Why not just throttle back instead of speed brakes?)
