I'm not sure whether you misread something or 199 was in fact briefly available after they cancelled it, but there's no 199 on June 6th.

Looking at June 13th, there's a 199 at the same time as 195 is scheduled for on the 6th.

Any idea why I would have been rebooked?
It's a guess, but 195 on the 6th is operated by a 320, and 199 on the 13th is a 7M8, suggesting that may have cancelled 199 on the 6th due to an equipment downgauge.

And what are my options for getting back on the original flight if possible?
Call your TA ASAP and ask to be put on 195.
