They clearly state that a free of charge reservation/route change is possible on international tickets
only when the delay is more than 5 hours.
And then they stat that it has to be to the same destination or to the nearest airport to the original destination on the TK flight network from among the 3 closest airports. The new destination must not be more than 1000km away from original destination.
Rules are different when your original flight is cancelled. Then you get more flexibility.
