too many hotels got one-notch up on caterogy ranking... SPG starpoints are buying less today! inflation inflation inflation...

...and many more hotels around the world have their caterogy ranking leap forward... THE PROGRAM is a WIPE-OFF...!!! I am not going to earn more hotel points with Starwood...

why did I joined this reward program.... and seeing the points I carefully earned will guarantee to buy less in the future... I feel very stupid now and I regret recommended all my friends to SPG because I let them down badly..

THE RIGHT WAY is to increase points by certain percentage... i.e. Caterogy 2 previously by 3000 points will now require 3500 or 4000... not all the way jump to caterogy 3 or 7000 points... This is a bad practice to those who are loyal to Starwood...
