Yup. Which is exactly why it's weird that the AS seat map for that flight shows only one exit row, the one on row 14, after initially showing two.
BTW, I also found out that seats in rows 13 and 15 on that flight have been blocked (after I moved my seat from 15), and both are just "normal" rows as now shown on the seat map; neither is marked as an exit row. So it may indeed be an issue about which configuration of the 800 will be on that specific flight.
