Depends.
If you are on CX451-CX489 and yet you got status, and CX489 got cancelled:
when you are still in NRT - they might opt to put you on CX521/CX505 instead;
when you are in TPE - they might put you on CX451, CX565 or CX531 or whatever flight available - or they put you on CI.
If you dont have status and plane got overloaded, you might be ask to stay in TPE overnight.
