If they really want to move the needle they could take a page out of the TWA playbook from the early 90's (prior to Karabu). My recollection of the program you was registered for the program as a business traveler and then mailed in your ticket receipts (remember the paper ticket receipts!) for 15% back - to the traveler. By memory this went on for something like 9 months to a year. It was a great program on those Y25 fares even discounted with the Corporate code.

I realize this sounds far fetched...but it really happened. Perhaps could never be done in the 2020's but...I assure you...it would move the needle pretty quick.
