Hawaiian website displaying wrong airfares
I just went through a really frustrating experience trying to book biz class OAK to HND. I went through the booking process many times on three different browsers and got the error message -we are sorry, an error was made when processing your booking. Called the help desk and they said to clear my cache and try again. I cleared the cache, restarted the computer and go the same result. Called help desk again and tried to book on the phone. The agent came up with a much higher price, both using her system and also replicating my steps on the Hawaiian website on her computer. What? why should their system show a different price than what's on the customer's website? I gave up and did not book the flight. Has anyone come across this problem?
