Just tried out the PE seats at Festival Walk.

Pros:
The seat padding seems fine
More storage and charging options
Slightly increased privacy
IFE appears to be greatly improved

Cons:
It doesn’t appear that the aisle seats have a retractable armrest
The seat feels slightly narrower (although I might be wrong on this - it could be an effect of the non-retractable armrests)

Overall the comfort seems roughly on par with the existing A350 PE seats which tbh is a bit of a disappointment. However, will have to try them properly in flight to make a final decision.
