On my recent flight FRA - ZRH I was in 2A and my wife in 2F, both sides of the overhead storage were empty. On the other hand the service and the purser lady were both lame. Legroom non existent. After flying this combo Helvetic in C in Europe and Swiss in C ZRH-IAD I will do my best in the feature to avoid both airlines.
I think Swiss is overhyped in C.

FRA-ZRH is 00:55 as block time and in reality the flight is 00:30-00:40 minute max. For a morning service, croissants with coffee and muesli is quite reasonable, as you won’t be able to serve or eat more. And by all means, this beats across all
levels what US-based airlines serve (=nothing) on an equally short flight. Curious what exactly you expected to be served on a flight where taxi and take off time can be longer than the actual cruising time.
