Thanks for the tips. Itinerary is kind of loose, but this is the rough plan.
-Arrive afternoon of the 18th, rent car and get settled in Airbnb, find a local restaurant.
-19th, do some local exploring of positano and rovello. Have a cooking class near Rovello.
-20th, Beach day and local exploring
-21st, Pompei
-22nd Boat tour and grottos and then over to Capri for my sons 18th birthday
-23rd Beach and local exploring
-24th - check out and take train back to Rome.

Would love to hear some suggestions on things you feel like we need to do!
