Hi everybody: I'd like to re-visit the basic question... Is SES actually useful if I have the APEC/ABTC card? I mean, I guess these are basically unrelated... These days, with all the biometric data and passport technology and then the APEC/ABTC card, I can get through passport control from landside to airside in a matter of minutes at ICN both T1 and T2.
