On my recent flight FRA - ZRH I was in 2A and my wife in 2F, both sides of the overhead storage were empty. On the other hand the service and the purser lady were both lame. Legroom non existent. After flying this combo Helvetic in C in Europe and Swiss in C ZRH-IAD I will do my best in the feature to avoid both airlines.
I think Swiss is overhyped in C.
My breakfast on that Helvetic flight. I would feel better if they just offered the chocolates.
