On my return from South Africa next month, I have a long layover at JFK between the JNB-JFK on SAA (in business) and the JFK-LAX Delta flight in BE. I know that access to the BE lounge used to be allowed on the transcon flights, but the Delta website specifically states access is allowed on "international" flights. Does anyone know if I would be allowed access to the CRC and/or BE lounge at JFK?

Another related question. Are there any facilities at JFK to rent by the hour for resting and/or showering? Id appreciate any feedback.
