Sixt Ride 50% goes wrong
Hi. Is it just me (no luggage, always fast to be out) or do others also have bad experiences? Every other time I book Sixt ride the driver notes on his app that he is ready for pick up and when I call them they are 30-60 minutes away earning money on another ride app. I then struggle to get a refund for the prepaid ride when I take a taxi instead. Last time I took an Uber, got no refund, but a 30 Euro voucher which is a joke compared to the ride price. Chargebacks are annoying to initiate but they just don't write back when you write them.
Any others with similar issues?
