Got email few days ago about the schedule change. Sent the change request to the different country but in same region and on the same date. Since the flight is far away, did not ask for urgency. Will update with the result, voucher upgraded ticket.
UPDATE: Got confirmation from TK that due to the involuntary schedule change, region change anymore is not alllowed. It is verbal information, no official letter from TK HQ. Off topic: there is no confirmation yet about the same restriction when the flight is cancelled.
