Yes, the credit card. But it lists two bags free "The Hawaiian Airlines World Elite Mastercard primary cardmember is eligible to receive 2 free checked bags on Hawaiian Airlines operated flights" and requires ticket to be purchased directly using CC.
Assume that the tax/fee on Award ticket count to trigger this but just looking for someone who know to confirm.
