TImatic doesn't mention that since Brexit one can only enter a Schengen country with a passport that was issued 10 years ago or less.
However, BA do know this, so they're obviously using something else. A better Timatic, so to speak

Yeah, I saw that, but I'm assuming it applies to those holding a Schengen-not-Swiss residency permit. My logic is thus: with a Swiss residency permit one can fly into Switzerland and never leave ever again. There are no "never expire" UK passports.
