Narrow Seat late to this thread.

I fly all of the US carriers. In regular/basic economy, hard product is more or less the same, legroom is nonexistent, especially for a tall person; most if not all seats will be taken. Think only AA has complementary food on transcon (though JFK-SFO/LAX only); otherwise, you have to 1) bring your own food 2) buy on board 3) preorder ahead of time.

Which carrier has live TV across all of its fleet?

Don't bother, those throw away earbuds are terrible, even the ones from Delta in a nice pouch. Invest in a $10-$20 noise cancelling earbud with decent bass.
