I agree, on UA I mostly fly ORD-SFO and don’t expect seatback screens. I have only had them on 788 and 772 (and the 772 was just by luck as many of the domestic config version don’t have them in Y). It will take quite a while before UA completes retrofits to A320/737 series aircraft.
